Please Help. WidescreenFixer Ruined My Mass Effect 3 Client

I experimented with Widescreen Fixer for Mass Effect 3 and it didn't work out.

Now whenever I launch the game the client behaves very strangely with the graphical settings. The game is projected as a tiny window within a window of the game.

Does anybody have any idea how I can completely undo everything this application did to my game? I have repaired the game file and reinstalled completely. I'm totally lost.
