Assassin's Creed Liberation Remastered Ultrawide Fix

Along with AC3 Remastered, Liberation is also 16:9 only. I uploaded the exe if anyone wants to take a stab at it.

I can make it work but I don't know how to fix the UI. It seems to be stuck off screen.
I did the standard hex edit and replaced 39 8E E3 3F with 8E E3 18 40 in two locations.
Wound up with this

If anyone has any ideas on how to fix the FOV or UI placement and wouldn't mind sharing it'd be appreciated.

jackfauste can probably come save the day, but not sure if this game is big enough to anyone to bother fixing. I'll have to maybe stick with a console version once the price drops towards the end of the year if this can't be fixed.

Not the best fix, but right now if you set AspectRatio=4 in "C:\Users\Username\Documents\Assassin's Creed Liberation HD\Assassin3.ini" you get this. Close to ultrawide I guess.

Here's a fix for ultrawide gameplay without a stretched interface. Cutscenes are still 16:9 though.

If you'd like to accomplish this fix manually, here are the values you need to search ACLiberation.exe for with a hex editor.

Search for: B7 6D DB 3E 55 55 15 40

2560x1080
Replace with: 00 00 D8 3E 26 B4 17 40

3440x1440
Replace with: 43 53 D6 3E 8A E3 18 40

5760x1080
Replace with: 00 00 40 3E A4 AA AA 40

After that make sure that the line "AspectRatio=2" is changed to "AspectRatio=4" in "C:\Users\Username\Documents\Assassin's Creed Liberation HD\Assassin3.ini" for it to not be stretched.
