Patch for Resident Evil 2 Remake issue with 16:10 ratio?

Hello. I need some help, I was using jackfuste's fix to remove the black bars on a 16:10 ratio monitor. Sadly, with the latest game update the fix does not work anymore. Is there another way to have the screen full again? It's just I struggle to play the game with those horrid black bars on the screen.

Maybe a way to edit the .exe with HexEditor?
