Dead or Alive 6 on PC Widescreen request

Can anyone make a widescreen fix for this game? And if possible, can it be done while playing in 1920x1080(because for some odd reason the game lags if you put it anywhere higher than this)? It creates a ton of glitches on Steam because there's nothing on the side.
