Call of Cthulhu 2018 wrong FOV

Is anyone else having difficulty adjusting the FOV by setting different values? In other words, no matter what value I set it, it's always the same. I've tried many different values from 0-75, but it always looks the same. I took 3 screen shots at 75, 50, and even tried AspectRatio_MaintainYFOV and they're identical.

The problem is the FOV is a little too large with this fix and a little too small without. I'll take large over small though, but was hoping to dial in the sweet spot. Any thoughts?

even for 21:9 the image is zoomed in .. im also waiting for a 3440x1440 fix since changing the FOV results in a fish-eye effect

Edit:

Add the lines:

AspectRatioAxisConstraint=120

Where X is desired FOV.

Right click Engine.ini choose Properties, check Read Only and click Ok.
