I found the offset for resolution (800x600) in the NoCD SB_LCP.exe (5C6D6) but the game won't start with any higher resolutions.
The only other resolution it launches at is 640x480, but the menus are broken.
I tried setting the resolution after it launched with Cheat Engine and it didn't crash, but only the 3D scales:

The game uses pre-rendered backgrounds so a proper widescreen hack isn't possible regardless.

Here's the cheat table just in case:

Actually, runs above 800x600 just fine with dgVoodoo2: http://dege.freeweb.hu/dgVoodoo2/dgVoodoo2.html

I'm trying this out and it will stretch it to 16:9, but it is still at the low resolution. I select the option to force it to 1080p, but it doesnt seem to do anything

EDIT: i had to run it as administrator, then it worked perfectly. Thank you so much.
