This Trainer fix for remove black bars on Real Time Cutscene, Pre-rendered Cutscene still 16:9

How to get working ?
download this file depending on the desired resolution,Aspect Ratio > Disable Anti Virus or Make Exclusions for this file > Open File > Run Game .exe > Press F1 to active

Was working great until the last game update on steam, is there anything I can do to get it to work again by changing something in the lua file that comes with the exe?

can't get this to work reliably. it worked when i first got the game, then it started getting iffy, now it doesn't work at all.
