NBA Playgrounds - No Native Surround/Eyefinity Support

FYI: Just tested on my 5760 x 1080 triple monitor displays - no native support. Only supports up to 1920 x 1080, 21:9 and 1440p might work?

Seems like a good game - fingers crossed one of you geniuses can make a fix...
