FIFA 17 - Player Markers Fix

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to play FIFA 17 at 5760x1080 in Full Screen mode. When I do, the Player Markers are incorrectly positioned (pictured: red marker over the blue player - should be over the red player in the centre of the photo) making the game unplayable.

Playing in Windowed corrects this (pictured: red marker correctly positioned over red player) - but I then can't use SLI etc.

Is there anyway to fix this?
