Hour of Victory. How to edit FOV?

Does anybody know is it possible edit FOV in this game? In 1920x1080 is very annoying. Its good for 4:3 but definitely not for 16:9. The game use Unreal 3 Engine.
I'd like to also turn off the music in the background. From the menu is impossible, because the game has very poor configuration options. There are only options for resolution, gamma and subtitles. And that's it.
