Caesar 3 - 1600x900 does not work.

Hello. I would like to get the game Caesar 3 working on the 1600x900 resolution.
Thankfully, someone made a file that does exactly that, but it crashes when you click on start game in the menu after launching the game.

Check out this file here and see if it works for you. Maybe, someone can fix it?

By the way, the 1920x1080 resolution and all the other resolutions made by this author works. just 1600x900 doesn't work.
