Sonic Lost World black border removal

I would like to request the removal of black bars to allow horizontal and vertical FOV expansions because I tried finding the code that does the black borders when the resolution is outside the 16:9 area, but I haven't been able to change it. I perfer VERT+ on narrow aspect ratios and HOR+ for resolutions wider than 16:9. It does have a code which the X-FOV can be altered, but not the HUD or the viewport itself.
