Basically they are adding more viewports for each monitor.

No game will use that except Flight Simulators, and they already have such a thing built in in the Engine :(
But the idea itself is nice.

I'm actually more interested in the Screenshot functionality.

Any news on this ? If I understand correctly Nvidia were supposed to be working on an app, so it was not just a hypothetical feature for a handful of future games... Is it at least present in Ansel ?

Ansel was just released for Witcher 3. Was previous released for Mirror's Edge Catalyst. I'll ask around about the multi-port.
