Oxenfree - Anyone got 21:9 to work?

Just bought Oxenfree, and I know it JUST came out, I was wondering if there was anyone in here that also bought it and managed to get it to run with anything more than 16:9.

Tried to edit the exe file, but got nothing.
Anyone has an idea ? it's a unity game maybe launch parameters ?

I'm interested in the game as well. Life is Strange Before the Storm is also built on Unity and there's a fix for the black bars. There's not been as much success with Ori and the Blind Forest until the release of the Definitive edition.

I tried replacing some AR and resolution values in Cheat Engine and HxD in both Assembly-CSharp.dll and the exe but couldn't remove the black bars.

Replace Oxenfree.exe and Oxenfree_Data folder in the game folder from this archive - Oxenfree_v2.7z

Start the game with parameters:
-screen-width 3440 -screen-height 1440 -window-mode exclusive

Thanks Jackfuste for the fix.
It works nice with 3440x1440 resolution, but there is an issue with subtitles (french, english). They are much too big. This results in an obstructed view.

Start the game with parameters:
-screen-width 3440 -screen-height 1440 -window-mode exclusive

When I add the parameter "-window-mode exclusive", the game crashs at launch for me.
Message from the crash report : d3d9.dll caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005) in module d3d9.dll at 0033:3497e63a.

and you can launch the game without any parameters.

I verified the files, then manually pasted the unzipped ones over them. Seems to be working now.

or
