Unable to Split Monitors

I do not have the option in my nvidia control panel to deselect the "span windows across 3 monitors option". Here is a prntscrn of what I mean: http://prntscr.com/83n4nz

I'm currently on windows 10 and have the latest drivers from Nvidia

Anyone know a fix?

Oh, and I don't have the money for DisplayFusion right now, so I can't use that.

You have to first enable Surround under "Configure SLI, Surround, PhysX" tab in 3D Settings. If configure Surround is not available, there's something wrong with how you have your monitors plugged in to your GPU.
