Color calibration surround + accessory help

I have 4 very high end dell 1600p monitors. During games and movies the colors are definitely all the same. I have tried software but it's hard in surround mode as it sees 3 of them as one. Can someone tell me or send me to the best way to calibrate all 4 monitors to the same spec?

Just sucks since I can calibrate them in windows separately to look the same, but in surround mode they revert back. So I figure I need to calibrate the monitor internally.
