Murdered Soul Suspect

Has anyone picked this game up yet?? It's unreal engine based, and the game is Vert- BUT trying to do all the usual tricks doesn't seem to work - changing the aspectratioFOV doesn't stick. It seems like a interesting little game, and I got it pretty cheap off GMG.
