Racers fix for halo not there

hey guys im trying to apply the halo combat evolved fix but when i try to get racers hack it takes me to page not found

any other way?

yeah but when i go to click racers hacks, then go down to halo, i get a page not found

I believe that link was intended to point back to the report, the actual tool should be found here http://www.tocaedit.com/ which is Racer_S's own site and where he has hosted his files.

yup found it on his site.
also sometimes when you click to download it on google drive itll go sorry retry again, you can bypass this by clicking open on the bottom right then when the menu bar comes up click file and download
