Far Cry 3 1.03 patch - sudden UI issues

Hi all,

So i recently patched Far Cry 3 to 1.03. Seemed to be fine the other day. I loaded it today and all of a sudden the UI is scaled incorrectly and the in-game HUD is looking bad too. Nothing has really changed, still running 310.70. Didn't change anything else at all. I tried resetting the resolution to 1920x1080 and back again - no joy.

Any ideas what might be causing this? Some screenshots attached!

I have exactly the same and I'm also searching for a solution to this. There must be one as I've seen plenty of youtube vids with
eyefinity that don't have this issue.
ANYONE PLEASE
