Star Wars: KOTOR - Tiny Menus

I've patched the game as explaining in the article, and everything is fine except the menus, Pazaak and inventory etc are all eye strainingly tiny. Is there a fix for this at all? I'm running it at 1920*1080 and have applied the appropriate hud fix.
I've included some screenshots to show you what I mean.
