Hawken Open Beta is live, so I expect to see a LOT more mech pilots getting on. I also expect a lot more lag in games, and you should all expect me to be barking orders left and right, but it's for the good of the team. Make sure you get a mic, preferably a headset with discrete output (independent soundcard device) so you can set that for communications in Windows 7/8, keep everyone else from being echoed back from your speakers. This game is a blast, and it's free to play, I believe even after it launches officially.
