Help - Windows 8 & Skyrim on dual monitors

Hello, looking for some input. I have two 27" IPS LED LG monitors that are connected to my MSI Nvidia GTX 660Ti video card. I have tried everything possible to get Skyrim to run dual screen. Instead what I get is the game on the left hand side of the screen and the desktop on the right.

Computer:
Intel i7 - 3770 CPU @ #.40 GHz
RAM - 16.0 GB
HDD - 2 TB
Video Card - MSI Geforce GTX 660TI OC edition

Monitors - (2) 27" IPS LED LG Monitors


The next game to tackle will be Company of Heroes...same issue.
