need 1 more pivot

Hi everyone I ordered the WSGF Edition stand. Came with 4 pivots and 1 standard.
Ok so like the 4 pivots are great but i need 1 more "pivot" to set up a 5x1 in portrait. The standard 1 doesn't sit like the others. Does anyone else have this problem? Or can i just order another pivot from WSGF?

I sent you a reply to your PM. The five pivots you have will work fine. The fixed pivot goes in the middle. It is the one without the height adjustment. The other pivots are in the 1-2-4-5 positions. They have a height adjustment that will ensure that all the monitors are at the same height. All five pivots will pitch forward/backward, and rotate left/right. You should have everything you need to make the setup work.
