Issue with Counter-Strike: GO. HUD Not Scaling

I've had some issues with my Chat and Kill Boxes at my Resolution of 5040x1050.

The Hud is way too big and keeps getting in the way of my Crosshair or blocks LoS.

Programs im using are Flawless Widescreen Fixer and Widescreen Fixer

I set my Safezonex to 0.333 and it centers my hud but then when i try to make it smaller using Hud_scale to 0.25 Nothing changes.

Any thoughts on what i can do to fix or adjust this?
