Getting rid of the red warning text in 3d..

Probably cant but since I have 3x optima gt750 projectors using the acer modified driver to get 3d surround to work I have to run all games at 3840x720 resoloution If I attempt to use 5760 x 1080 i get the red warning from nvidia about not being able to run at this res. I assume this is becuse the acer driver tells nvidia its max res is 3840x720. But since the optima projectors can run a res of upto 1980x1080 even though they downscale to 720 I wanted to try it..
That being said is it even worth it? Would games look any better since the ouput from the projector will only be 720?
