Hey Guys,
Looks like the final version of Darkness 2 actually works in multi screen rez but it suffers from FOV adn menu scaling issues similar to Skyrim. It looks positive that wsgf crew and their skillz can unlock this bad boy.
Here are screens of the game in its current state:

Rest :

Seem like its so close to being fine with a few mods, hope its possible its a rad game and it be crazy in multi when you play with the Darkness viper things and do all the carnage.
Note: in this dir --> C:Usersuser nameAppDataRoamingDarknessII
There is a settings file but its encrypted not sure if everything is in there like FOV? Thought I'd mention it. Also if you set your game to 1920x1080 seems like I can not get 5760x1080 to work again unless I nuke everything in this dir C:Usersuser nameAppDataRoamingDarknessII and then re run the game(it will re make everything). Anyone tackling the fix may need to know this I have gotten black screen and had to hard re boot my comp, the file nuke works best. Your save file is in here too so make sure you back that up in case you have played a lot and are trying a fix.
Interesting.

Yeah, considering what you did for LA Noire(which freaking rocked btw) this seems not as bad, it gives me hope, we shall see.
Can you imagine this in 3 screens though!

Hmm, I wouldn't say similar to Skyrim. At least the game-play wasn't stretched. Here, everything is clearly stretched!
EDIT: Just wanted to inform 2K's justification for the fixed FoV: http://forums.2kgames.com/showthread.php?117407-Anti-Aliasing-and-FOV
Look for 2K's post at the bottom.

Hmmm that doesn't seem promising at all :/ I'm getting sick of these games not supporting multi-mon and Fov changes. It can't be that freaking hard to implement. We have guys here that can do it in between there jobs/study/whatever and they don't get paid for it!
Not to mention indie game

Not to mention indie game developers with a WAAAAY smaller budget than these guys, who have it perfectly implemented before day release.

Thats great news.
I was about to cancel my preorder for Darkness 2 because of the problems with multi-monitor-setups.
Now since the retail version at least draws the game in 5760 * 1080 there seems to be hope although fov and menues are streched.
@dopefish:
I would like to support a fov-fix for Darkness 2.
(Just sent you a small donation ;))
Apart from that I want to thank you very much for your continuing work on Widescreenfixer.
Up until now it has helped me several times making gaming with multiple monitors possible (especially with all the CoDs).

AWESOME!!! on my lunch break before I have to go back to work gonna try it now, thanks so much for this.
OMG this is bananas that is freaking EPIC in 3 screens, damn. When you get this cased its going to be amazing.
Issues:
- hud is gone no cross hair
- FOV well shit really I could easily play it like this didn't bother me, FOV op would be a bonus
Is very impressive, freaking shame companies don't add the effort to enable this.
Thanks a million for your work dopefish m/
Pics uploading soon... pics will be here must see, the muli screen is epic

Wow damn son that's fast, gonna try it fast then I have to work, thanks
Tried it, seems to work good, only thing is now that I can not rip open doors and press the X button on the controller, the old one let me do that? I can reload the gun from my game pad with x but when I use x to rip open doors it does not respond, the old version let me do that. No idea why.
Got to go back to work, later, good stuff.
Seems to be working fine

Seems to be working fine except when I try to adjust the quality settings to High. The the resolution defaults to 1280x1024 and I am unable to change it to my desktop resolution. Also the mouse pointer does not work correctly on the main menu. I am running at 6048x1200 Bezel compensated.

I fixed the interface being cut off. This also makes the mouse align correctly with all of the menu items.
Things left to work out:
- The interface is still stretched
- There are missing interface items, like the crosshair, ammo, objective bullets, etc.
I managed to make the crosshair and interface stuff appear but it flickers super bad, and it's stretched.

I already fixed the mouse issue.
As for changing game settings, I have no help to offer you there. If I change anything under that menu it breaks the game. I'm stuck using the defaults. The configuration files are are %appdata%DarknessII. They seem to be in a binary format, or encrypted.
Update:
I've uploaded a new version with the interface cut-off/mouse alignment issue fixed.

OK things are looking better. But now when I need to for instance, grab something and destroy it with my left tentacle, it gives me the popup message but when I press the button it does not work.
