Display's picture not reaching edge of monitor - forms a frame

I remember seeing this last time I re-installed my AMD 6970. One of my three displays' picture is not reaching out to the edge. There's a black frame around the picture. even though I am seeing 1920x1080. The other two displays a correct. I know there is an adjustment to "spread out" the picture to fill the screen, I just can't find that adjustment. Looking at the CCC and the Control Panel? Can someone lead me to this adjustment?

FYI - Just found it. Called GPU scaling inside the CCC. Figures I'd find it just aft I post. ;)
