ATI Vidcard + Nvidia Physx Card?

Post by PinkiesBrain »

Hey I found mostly inconsistend infos in the web about this so maybe you guys know.

I recently was given an ASUS ENGTX 275 for free and I d like to use it for calculating the Physx stuff.
Since I use 3*24" Monitors i have to stick to my ATI 6970 but in some games which heavily use physx (Batman arkhamcity f.e) my system doesnt produce >20 fps. (all maxed)
I wondered if i just buy another board and put the nvidia on it.

I HEARD it works fine... but im not actually sure - so maybe sbdy of you does know more.
