On the off chance that I decide to make a productive post I should mention that I am getting this as well.

"Access denied"

Am getting it in IE9. Login in and send a PM and then I get logged out.
Try to login in again and nothing still out. Login again and it works.

Clear everything and it happens again.

Using Chrome 16.0.912.77m I do not have these problems. You running any type of antivirus/security software ? I'm behind a double nat and am not experiencing these problems. Trying to find a cause of it is all, I know drupal uses two cookies _DRUPAL_ID and __SESSION or something along those lines.

I had AVG Free edition but the issue occurs even after I uninstall it.
