Hey guys...i have just installed my 6970s in crossfire mode.....
Installed drivers,enabled crossfire in ccc......my performance is horrific.
What have i done wrong?
eg.On a single card in BF3 i get 45 fps in ultra.......with crossfire i get 10.
on Need for speed shift(tried older game i get 90 fps but when i install crossfire i get 10 fps and cant run anything at all.
My desktop is slow etc
can anyone help me.
My system....
I7 860 2600
2x 6970s cards.
8GB ram.

seems like a driver problem!

Well you certainly have enough power, and I see no mobo BIOS updates that mention PCI-E or Crossfire..
Try the new card on its' own, and in each slot you're using. Uh, are you using the CAP profile for BF3? I don't really know if performance should be so poor if you are not using it, but I though I'd ask..
