Cannot add Bezel correction, please help.

Hey, I am unable to add bezel correction!. I can get to the bezel correction screen but the arrows to adjust it are unclickable and when I try to type in a number into the fields, it comes up as all zeros. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
