First off thanks so much for this hack. I've been wanting to play this game in eyefinity for sometime espically since the third is coming out.

Does this fix also work for the steam version? I did it and didn't have the option for triple monitor resolutions

Have you tried to force the resolution ? Could you please try this - http://blog.gib.me/2009/01/06/saints-row-2-resolution-editor/, and please post back if it works ? You could try to run the chichi007 solution plus use the resolution editor to force the triple wide resolution. I dont have this game so i cant test it.
