Same issue

I've done everything what was expected to do. Age of empires 2 Expansion - installed. AoE2Wide downloaded and updated (screen below). AoC1.0e 1600x900 created and when i starts (screen below), everything supose to be good but AoE2 is still in 1024X768 - nothing changed. Don't know where the problem is. Any ideas ?
