Without access to the third DVI port, unfortunately no - that wont work for NVIDIA Surround.

It has to be configured like this for NVIDIA Surround -

^Incorrect.

It will work, but only in 2D surround (idk if you wanted to go 3D, for that, it require 3 DVI ports).
System Core: | Intel Core i5-2500K + ASUS P8Z68-V + 16GB Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1333 MHz | Win7 x64 | MSI R7970 Lightning 3GB [1105/1400] |
Display: | 3 x Dell Ultrasharp 3007WFP-HC @ 7680x1600 | Dell u3011 |

ok
So 3x DVI only @ 3x lcd @ 3D
and 2x DVI + mHDMI @ 3x lcd @ 2D

Hell if it was possible, you could go dvi, hdmi, vga for 2D surround.

dvi @ vga is possible @ passive adapter bcoz in DVI you have analog singnal as well

in hdmi or dp you have only digital signal so not possible to run 3x VGA (you will beed hdmi @ vga active adapter)
