Hi.
I've bought one of the first 5970 Radeons, Sapphire 1GB.
As I'm not happy with the performance in triple monitors eyefinity, especially in Crysis 2, I decided to buy another card and crossfire them.
But, to my surprise my card is not available anymore in Germany, where I live.
I can buy only 2GB 5970 from XFX, Powercolor or MSI.
I'm not sure what should I do, buy this 2GB 5970 and try to cfx with my old 1GB card, or maybe get rid of my card and buy 6990 ?
Can I crossfire 1GB Saphirre 5970 with an 2GB 5970 ?

You can cfx the 2gb and 1gb cards however the 2gb will be limited to just 1gb of VRAM to match with the 1gb card.
Or as you say you may be better off getting a 6990 that will offer greater performance than the 5870's in cfx.
Check out the in house reviews and benchmarks for performance figures.
