Different monitor resolutions in extended?

Post by xetura »

I've got 4 22" monitors that are all 1680x1050, but I'd like to upgrade to the Asus VE276Q 27" and it's 1920x1080. I know it's not possible to run the 27" @1080 if the others are @1050 if they're all in one eyefinity group, but is it possible if it's just in extended mode? Or is it the same deal?

Eyefinity displays must be symmetrical same resolution to be grouped. Extended can be anything for desktop only use.
