Jade Empire HUD/UI

Hey all, I've had Eyefinity for about 2 months and now i can't game without it. I just found jade empire on steam and wanted to play it again.

Its has good FOV, but the UI and HUD are stretched and bearly readable. Does anyone know any fix/hack for this?

I use landscape mode, but so far I haven't spotted a fix.
