Flight Combat with EyeFinity?
Flight Combat with EyeFinity?
Howdy all,
Just setup EyeFinity a few weeks back. Been playing HAWX on it and love it. But I'm going to be finishing the campaign soon, so I'm starting to think about other programs. I know there is a HAWX2 out there, and I'll be getting that soon too.
But are there any other flight combat games that you'd recommend? I would LOVE to find a nice Star Wars combat simulator for my son to play too.
This looks to be a great site, so I'm hoping to hang out here for a while. Thanks!

+1 to Wings of Prey, very good WWII combat flight sim.
IL2 is great if you can jump through the hoops to get it working in eyefinity.
Lockon Moden Air Combat and Apache Air Assault are both worth a look also.

Re: Flight Combat with EyeFinity?
Rise of Flight and the DCS and LOMAC 2.0 games are good multi-screen flight combat games. I really suggest checking out Rise of Flight. I think it's one of those games not too many people know of because it's WW:I but it's perfect at multi-screen gaming.

Digital Combat Simulator. Comes in two flavors: helicopter and plane. Über-complex military-grade series of "serious games", but the amount of detail is so incredible that even crashing miserably is awesome. :D

I highly recommend Wings of Prey. It works great out of the box with eyefinity, my Saitek pedals, throttle , stick, as well as TrackIR! Couldn't really ask for more.

+1 on how beautiful X3: Terran Conflict looks, but yah pretty steep learning curve on how to actually play it beyond the combat.
6700K, 2x1080s, 32GB DDR4 etc etc.
