Hi all just ordered my self new graphics card
HIS ATI Radeon HD 6970 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
and wondering should i use the eyefinity or stick my matrox triple head on to the card. Part of me looks forward to getting rid of the triple head but wondering if the single image split is better then 3 ports being rendered.
Any thoughts
Many thanks

Ati eyefinity vs Matrox triple head
Re: Ati eyefinity vs Matrox triple head
Triplehead splits a single render over 3 displays as well so no difference. Eyefinity allows higher resolution so there is no need for the TH2go.

This + 1
Eyefinity also allows for more configurations then the TH2go.

Re: Ati eyefinity vs Matrox triple head
There's really only 2 significant things that TH2Go offers which Eyefinity doesn't: Windows XP compatibility and surround display for older, non-Eyefinity graphics cards. Both will vary in importance from one person to the next, but if you have no real need for either, EF is the way to go.
