probs with eyefinity

hey guys.. having a few probs setting up my eyefinity

i got 2 displays running over dvi.. with a 3rd connected to display port.

now catalyst shows all 3.. but only lets me have 2 running at a time

basically in the detect a display box its got all 3 but only 2 numbered 1-2 :shock:

any ideas??

oh all 3 are 19" displays that will run 1280x1024

Is the DP connection using an adapter?

If it is, make sure you're using an active adapter. All DP->VGA adapters are active, and you can get both Duel-Link and Single Link Active DVI adapters.

yes i am usuing a dp adapter which is a dp to dvi adapter ..so i guess its not an active one :oops:

so i have just orderd the Sapphire Active DP to SL-DVI-D Adapter Cable
