COD:Black Ops and WideScreen Fixer - 1920x1080 Need Help

Help a nOOb here please. :D
I have read the main COD:BO sticky and main threads and still can't find my answer.
First of all, I feel very ill when I play COD:BO at 1920x1080 (23' Monitor) using the highest FOV (90) from the game menu.
I tried using the widescreen fixer app and I guess I don't know what should be the right setting for me.
Can someone give me some advice to setup the widescreenfixer to a sweet spot. What would be the right FOV setting for me?
I got all ready just need the proper numbers.
