384bit mem interface, mem chips on rear also.

Yeah but it might have 5 outputs, doesn't mean it will come with drivers that allow it to work now does it? :)

And on the second picture.. here is what the back of a Asus Matrix 5870 looks like...

If you compare the size of the fixing bolts on the cooler, there is no way that that is a card of similar class. The card chiphell have seems to be a half height one, explaining the chips ont he back. Look how short the card is if you compare the length after the PCI-e connector.

That card with memory chips on the back is apparently the 6300.

And I don't personally believe that memory needs water cooling, a RAMsink on each is fine, only the voltage regs and cores seem to need "active" cooling, from what I have seen, but then again I have not had anything GDDR5 at up to 5Ghz :)
