Save file for Just Cause 2?

Anybody have any idea where it's located? I found the folder located here:

C:Users*DocumentsSquare EnixJust Cause 2

But that has only one file "JC2Settings" and I copied that to a new installation and it didn't work.
Anybody have any ideas?
