Had to laugh when I read this;

In their initial filing in the suit against Activision, former Infinity Ward employees Jason West and Vince Zampella are claiming they are the reasons behind the pheonomenal success of the Call of Duty and Modern Warfare series, with the pair being 'among the most successful and talented video game developers in the world.'

Activision on Thursday countersued former Infinity Ward executives Jason West and Vince Zampella, who sued Activision for more than $36 million in March.

The men "morphed from valued, responsible executives into insubordinate and self-serving schemers who attempted to hijack Activision's assets for their own personal gain and whose actions threatened both the future of the Call of Duty franchise and future of Activision's (Infinity Ward) studio," the complaint states.
