TH2GO and Half Life 2: Lost Coast

I see that HL2:Lost Coast is listed in the Matrox Surround Gaming list.

I have HL2:Episode One and Lost Coast running on Steam. Episode one runs perfect on my TH2G 5040x1050 setup. I don't think I even made a options setting to work, it just defaulted to the right mode.

Lost Coast won't run at this resolution at all. It will open in a window and if I go to the options screen I can only choose from 720x480, 1280x768, 1280x800 or 1600x1024. I can also choose Aspect Ration of 4:3, 16:9 or 16:10.

If I select run in full screen, it switches to a black screen and I have to reset.

Any suggestions? One quirk of my system is that my native resolution is 3840x1024 (5040x1050 is selectable) in the windows and NVIDIA control panels.

3840x1024 and 5040x1050 are in the 16:9 list. That is how I select them.
