Mine just died (Analog version).

I should get an answer from Matrox today on warranty (2 years warranty, Had it for 2.5 years...)

If there's no solution through Matrox I might be interested.
Do you have the the receipt for warranty purpose?

Matrox may be able to go off of the SN for a manufacture date.

Thanks for the information. (I once was able to get warranty using manufacturing date from Yamaha)

I just started the RMA process on my unit, I should know where I stand soon.

Not bad. That's $276 in US dollar... and just what I bought a brand new one for. For $276, from "AlwaysLowest" $317 taxes and shipped to my door.

... good luck!

I was able to have my TH2G working with an Anatek power supply so they will change my power unit for $20.00 shipping included. (Too bad I don't have any 5V 3A laying around somewhere. The TH2G analog uses ~1.8 A)

There is still a small distortion at the very top of my screens though.

If it's still there with the new supply I might go back on the hunt for a TH2G Digital.
A new one is $360 CDN +tx+Shipping. Compared to a used one, the question is warranty...

EDIT: I got the new supply in less than a week and it fixes the distortion :-).
