Well.. Despite having had these tested and confirmed @ 57Hz without the TH2G, the monitors I received did not work and give the Out of Sync message. I can't get into the menu while the message is displayed, so apparently nothing I can do.

My best guess is that the tested good unit has slightly different electronics (mine are US, the test was EU. Mine has no camera, his does.)

Very disappointing.

I have the silver 2208's. Mine are in the US and work fine, though they do have the camera. What OS are you using? If Vista, have you tried the Beta PowerDesk SE? If XP, have you still tried it?

Thanks for the responses, appreciate them. Mine are black bezel, silver back, silver/black stand.

I'll try the drivers posted by Mach1.9pants in another thread (unless there are others?) and see how it goes. Did not realize there was an Vista/nvidia 200 series issue.

My system is indeed Vista 64, with 2x GTX295's.

I'll report back.

The beta Powerdesk works!

This is coming to you from Screen 1 of very happy new TH2G user :)

For reference, my system is Vista 64 on an x58 based motherboard (Asus P6T6 Revolution), with 2x Asus GTX 295's in SLI mode using 181.20 drivers.
