TripleHead2Go: how to quickly switch to 1 screen display?

Hello,

I bought a TH2Go about a month ago. It works incredibly well on most recent games, but I still play a few rather old games (like MGPRS2 for instance) which don't seem to support surround gaming.
When I play those games, only one screen displays the game: unfortunately it's the leftmost screen.

Is there a simple way to specify the middle screen as the default screen for standard 4:3 resolutions?
Otherwise, it there a way to quickly switch from 3 screen display to 1 screen display when using the triplehead?
