Can anyone think of a reason a TH2GO couldn't drive 3 x DELL 30" screens at 1050X1680 (for total 5040x1050? Just tested my (one) 30" at 1680x1050 and it looked surprisingly good, but can't help feeling something would bite.

If one works at 1680x1050, then three each at 1680x1050 should work too. :)
Just to clarify, 1050X1680 is a portrait resolution, different from the 1680x1050 that it appears you really intend. The TripleHead2Go can't do portrait resolutions.
