Hi there, I suppose you mean 3840x1024 ? ;) (Just asking, there are so many 'resolution freaks' running insane displays around here...)
Did you pay a visit to the game's entry in the master list ? The CamHack should work as detailed there.

I agree with skeeder.
I have 7900GT and I'm using 3072x768 resolution.

Yeah, That is the problem. MoBo won't take PCI-E. So what do you think the max setting should be? Will the picture look stretched? What kind of frame rates should I expect?
Thanks
Thanks

So what do you think the max setting should be?
I think you should be able to play @ 2400x600 or 3072x768 resolution depending on graphics details.
Will the picture look stretched?
You must use the RBR CamHack program to avoid this from happening.
What kind of frame rates should I expect?
It depends on view mode (cockpit view, bumber view, chase view), the stage you're driving, weather conditions, etc. With my gaming rig, I mostly get 60-75 fps @ 3072x768 (high details). I think I could increase resolution, but I'm quite happy with my current settings and image quality. I don't want to have any random slowdowns while driving flat out in the middle of the forest. :)

Great. Where can I find the RBR CamHack utility.
Thanks for all the help and patience. :)

Just follow the link that I gave you in my first post. You should find all necessary info from there.
RBR step 1
Hi everybody.
Tried step 1 of the hack.
Changed values in RBR.ini as prescribed and system told me that direct x 9.0 3D was missing? I know I have it.
Any thoughts? Does the full hack process, ie. camhack/batchfile thing need to be set up.
I thought Camhack was only to fix FOV?
Thanks,

Not sure what's happening there.

It's impossible to play the game without correct FOV.
RBR replays with Matrox
Hi everyone.
Thanks for all the help.
All systems, (game, matrox, Logitech g25) all working great.
Last question: (this may be should be sent to a blackhole motorsports forum) Anyway.
Replays in Rally school. The cameras only seem to occasionally pick up the car. usually they are pointed out into some field along side the course. Is this because of CamHack? Cam it be adjusted with cam hack?
Thanks again for all the help thus far.

Sorry, I don't have any solution for that. The replay cameras can't be adjusted with the CamHack program.
Repaly views
Problem sorted out!!
If you want to watch the replay of anything, you must temporarily disable CamHack via whichever key stroke you assign. The FOV will be stretched but at least the cameramen will follow the action as opposed to framing up great shots of the field or some babbling brook along side the course.
Thanks again for everyone's input and help. I am kind of digitally crippled when it comes to setting these things up correctly :D
